How about a little healthy competition? Whether you are competing with your school, workplace, family, community or yourself, your training can go even further by helping to give a week vacation to a family living with cancer. It's good for you, It's fun and you'll feel so good!
Walk for One Week
School Program
Students and Teachers-Get your whole school involved. Choose a week for your school competition (give us 3 weeks notice) and let everyone know (hang posters, make announcements)!! Registration is $10. Mail us registration fees or register your school total online and we will will mail out pedometers to your schoold office. Participants should pick up their One Week pedometer the morning of Day 1 and get moving. Wear your pedometer all day each day and return it to your activities office on the morning of Day 8!

Train for One Week
Individual/Group or Team
It's super easy! Turn your workout or training into something more! Set yourself a goal (5K, 10K, 13.2, 26.2, mud run, obstacle course, Ironman) and help a woman living with cancer re-fuel for the challenges that lie ahead. Every personal goal you achieve, every physical and mental barrier you overcome is helping to strengthen a woman and her support system to face their own challenges.
Email us your name and what you are training for and we will set up a Training Sponsor link for donation. Let your friends, family and co-workers know what you are up to and get their support.
We'll send you One Week Foundation Wear to wear for your event! Then Go for IT! (you'll have us as your fanbase too!)
